We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely happy and satisfied with the Order, you can return the product to us and we will either replace it or credit your account. You are eligible for a REFUND or EXCHANGE which is subject to the below terms:

Product(s) that are bought from the Physical Stores can’t be returned. All items purchased from the Service cannot be returned at the Physical Stores.

All Items are eligible for return and will be processed if conditions are met.

REFUND POLICY

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

In order for the product to be eligible for a refund, make sure these conditions are met:

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Product wasn’t used or damaged
  • Product must include original tags (if applicable)
  • Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

EXCHANGE POLICY

Products can be exchanged for a different size or colour variant, provided that such a variant is available. Customers are allowed to exchange for items within 30 days. Exchanges exceeding 30 days will not be processed.

In order to be eligible for exchanges, make sure that the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging

You are required to ship back the product for the item to be inspected and replaced.

Your exchanged product will be processed once the items are received and conditions confirmed.

Kindly note that You are given the right to exchange the item Once, provided that all conditions in the Exchange Policy are met.

You will be updated on your Return Status through EMAIL and SMS provided that all contact information was provided.

DELIVERY ACROSS BORDERS

We do not deliver internationally at the moment.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date of delivery.
